Report 1 <br />Natalie Yee <br />Title: <br />Report 1 <br />President <br />Describe the current status of your project (e.g. planning, pre-development, activity <br />underway, marketing, etc.) and the current focus of any activity. <br />Report 1 <br />EBMS is currently in the Spring 2025 session and is going well. Our enrolled members has <br />increased 33% from the previous session and we are gaining more traction with new <br />members. <br />Marketing still proves to be a challenge, but the new year should provide new opportunities. <br />EBMS continues to strive and grow with each session. <br />Describe any significant actions taken during the reporting period. <br />Report 1 <br />Between Fall 2024 and going into Spring 2025, EBMS is looking at synergy partnerships to <br />grow its Tri-Valley presence along with contacting other musical endeavors for further <br />outreach. <br />If applicable, describe any modifications to the project goals, timelines, etc., and reason(s) <br />for change.
