3-3 <br />3 <br />neighborhood PARK <br />3.2 park facilities <br />The elements and uses of the +/- 5 acre neighborhood park will be finalized <br />as part of development approvals for the Staples Ranch development. The <br />following potential amenities have been identified; <br />• Pedestrian Plaza with benches <br />• A dog exercise area, with separate areas for small and large dogs <br />• Two Tennis Courts, lighted with benches <br />• Appropriate landscaping to provide shade, delineate the various uses, and <br />create a park setting <br />• Picnic table with one shade structure <br />• Restroom Building <br />In addition, the park will include a +/- 3.5 acre storm water detention area to <br />address Staples Ranch regional hydromodification requirements.
