3-5 <br />3 <br />neighborhood PARK <br />3.2.1 <br />PEDESTRIAN PLAZA <br />The neighborhood park would contain a pedestrian plaza which would act as a <br />gathering space for the tennis courts and dog exercise areas. It would provide <br />seating under a shade structure and would include trash receptacles, drinking <br />fountains and perimeter landscaping. <br />3.2.2 <br />TENNIS COURTS <br />Two tennis courts would be available in this neighborhood park. They would <br />have a concrete surface and be lit for evening play. <br />3.2.3 <br />DOG EXERCISE AREA <br />The nearly half-acre dog exercise area would provide two separate fenced areas <br />for large and small dogs, and be a mulched surface.
