The contract amount totaled $48,992. <br />• On January 10, 2025, the contract was signed by all parties. <br />• On January 28, staff held a pre-construction walk-through with the contractor to review <br />the extent of the improvements. <br />• On February 5, staff conducted the final walk-through with the contractor.
