The senior residential housing architecture style consists of
contemporary and traditional character. The higher density independent/assisted living and the
senior clubhouse/restaurant will be designed in a contemporary form, while the single-family and
duets are more traditional architecture style to provide two very distinct styling for the senior
housing market. Applicant’s goal is to develop an aesthetically appealing and charming
community where senior residents can enjoy all the amenities and social value the Project has to
offer.
II.SB 330 Preliminary Application
The Housing Crisis Act of 2019, or “SB 330,” created important new protections for housing
developments:
•Preliminary Application - SB 330 specifies, as of effective January 1, 2020, an
application is “deemed complete” if a qualifying “preliminary application” has been
submitted.3 Accordingly, a project shall be deemed to have submitted a qualifying
preliminary application upon providing the local agency with all information specified
in Gov.
