While the <br />model shows the inclusion of electric construction equipment, the DEIR fails to mention this or provide <br />an adequate source for the assumptions in the above table. The DEIR again cites its own CalEEMod <br />output files as the source of these changes and fails to meet CEQA requirements.10 We are consequently <br />unable to verify these changes until the DEIR provides specific, substantiated information regarding <br />construction equipment values and fuel types.
