Notification and Radius Map <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends the Zoning Administrator: <br />1.Find the 2023-2031 (6th Cycle) Housing Element Update Program EIR CEQA <br />Guidelines Section 15183 Consistency Checklist for the PUSD Vineyard project is <br />adequate to serve as the environmental documentation for this project and satisfy all the <br />requirements of CEQA; and <br />2.Approve the Housing Site Compliance Review (HSCR) application, filed as P24-0596, <br />based on the required findings and subject to the draft conditions of approval in Exhibit <br />A; and <br />EXHIBIT C
