Recommendation: 1. Accept the construction of the project as complete, authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion, and authorize the release of the retention in the amount of$51,898.74 to American Wholesale Lighting 30 days after the recordation of the Notice of Completion. 2. Authorize $3,000 of expenditure to be held in the project balance to complete as-built drawings by Dahlin Group Architects. 3. Authorize the return of the project's remaining balance of$184,678 to the Miscellaneous CIP — General Fund (F201). 13. Approve second amendment to the purchase order with Roth Staffing Company, L.P. for a the not-to-exceed amount of$150,000 and to extend the term to June 30, 2025 Recommendation: Approve the second amendment to the purchase order with Roth Staffing Company, L.P., for $51,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of 150,000 and extend the term of the purchase order to June 30, 2025.
