EXHIBIT C <br />COMMSSIONS <br />During the first year of the Program, the group annuity carrier shall pay a total commission of 2%. <br />Keenan and N idAmerica shall each receive half of the total commission (1 %) paid by the annuity <br />carrier. The commission shall be calculated based upon the percentage of total plan deposits made <br />during the first year of the program. <br />Beginning with the second year of the program, the carrier shall pay a "trailer" commission of 0.8%. <br />Keenan and N idAmerica shall each receive 0.4%.
