Prior to making such payments or transfers under §8.2(a), we may require you <br />and the Plan Sponsor to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all losses, claims, or demands <br />that may later be asserted against us in connection with the making of such payment or transfer. <br />8.4 Effect on Contract Obligations: Any annuities purchased prior to notification of contract termination <br />are unaffected by a termination. We may refuse further Contributions at anytime after atermination <br />notice has been given.
