It's going to take reduction of the <br />higher paid job classifications, including management positions. It <br />seems the positions are disproportionately affecting the lower paid <br />classifications that have a minimal opportunity to achieve the <br />savings required but have a huge impact especially for our students, <br />seniors, & citizens with limited economic resources. <br />
