Location and Notification Map <br /> <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />On November 8, 2023, the Planning Commission approved a proposal for a 42-unit <br />condominium project at 2025 Santa Rita Road, including new private streets. As the original <br />approval did not include street names, an amendment to the Vesting Tentative Map is <br />proposed for Planning Commission review and approval. The proposed street names have <br />been reviewed and approved by life-safety responders and City staff for their suitability in <br />accordance with established policies. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION <br />On November 8, 2023, the City Council approved applications of City Ventures for Design <br />Review and Vesting Tentative Map 8676 located at 2025 Santa Rita Road. The project will <br />create one lot for condominium purposes with 42 attached condominium units, common areas, <br />open space, a bio-retention area and related improvements.
