This project-specific MMRP documents how and when the relevant
mitigation measures adopted by the Lead Agency as part of the MMRP for the EIR, as well as certain
project-specific enforceable conditions of approval and/or refinements to related aspects of
implementation for some, will be implemented for the proposed project and ensures that potential
environmental impacts associated with the proposed project are consistent with the impact
conclusions set forth in the EIR as identified and explained more fully in the Consistency Checklist.
This document does not discuss those subjects that the environmental analysis demonstrates would
result in less than significant impacts and for which no applicable mitigation was proposed in the EIR.
Nor does it address mitigation measures in the EIR that are not applicable to the proposed project.
