All structures and facilities not addressed by the CBC shall be designed and constructed to mitigate potential seismic and geologic hazards as recommended by site-specific soils, geologic, and/or geotechnical engineering studies. A project-specific Geotechnical Report has been prepared in accordance with General Plan Program 2.2. As required under General Plan Program 2.2, and in accordance with the proposed project’s Consistency Checklist analysis and the project-specific Geotechnical Report, and to demonstrate full compliance with General Plan Program 2.2, prior to the issuance of building permits, the applicant shall incorporate the recommendations included in the Geotechnical Report in all application materials and plan check submittals and shall thereafter implement the same during project construction. Site-specific measures identified in the Geotechnical Report shall be incorporated as project conditions of approval and incorporated in the building permits. Prior to issuance of building permits.
