ATTACHMENT 1 <br />Administrator’s approval letter dated January 30, 2025, and subject to conditions of approval, <br />adopts those same findings as their own findings as part of this resolution. Based upon the <br />City <br />Council’s own independent review of the Record Evidence, the City Council hereby finds that <br />the proposed Sign Design Review application is consistent with the City's General Plan, the <br />Pleasanton Municipal Code and the City’s Guidelines and approves the Sign Design Review <br />Application (Case No. P24-0731). The Zoning Administrator’s decision as set forth in the <br />January 30, 2025 approval letter, subject to conditions of approval, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit A, is hereby affirmed. <br />Section 3.
