D.Field Light Fees <br />The City Council authorizes staff to establish fees for field lights use based on <br />the actual cost to provide use of the lights for each field. Fees will be set to limit <br />the General Fund subsidies, dependent upon the category of user group. <br />E.Facility and Picnic Rental Fees <br />Facility and picnic rental fees will be set at market rate. The discounts below will <br />apply to those rates, based upon user group category: <br />Fees for staff and equipment will be charged at the fully burdened rate, <br />determined based on the needs of each specific rental.
