Operating Budget <br />The City Manager provides the overall administration, leadership, and direction for the City <br />organization. The City Manager's Office identifies for the City Council community issues and <br />needs requiring legislative policy decisions, ensures that programs and services are <br />effectively and efficiently provided, and fosters public awareness of municipal programs, <br />services and goals.
