Operating Budget <br />The Human Resources Department supports the City and its vision by providing services in <br />employee and labor relations, recruitment and retention, classification and compensation, <br />benefits, organizational development, performance management, safety, workers' <br />compensation, City policy development, and compliance. The department's mission is to <br />provide exceptional services by recruiting the best talent, developing that talent, and <br />providing the workforce with a gratifying, safe, and supportive work environment. Human <br />Resources supports the organization by providing an inclusive workplace free from <br />discrimination and promoting personal accountability.
