This project was <br />included in the City's Sewer System Management Plan. <br />Project Funding <br />Project Justification: <br />PG&E has implemented a Public Safety Power Shut- <br />off program to reduce the threat of wildfires, which <br />has resulted in an increased risk of simultaneous <br />utility power outages at the City's sewer pump <br />stations.
