ALAMEDA CTC shall endeavor to transmit payments to PROJECT SPONSOR following the receipt and <br />approval of a complete Request for Reimbursement(s) submitted by the PROJECT SPONSOR. <br />4. Actual reimbursements from ALAMEDA CTC to the PROJECT SPONSOR shall not exceed the Cumulative <br />Drawdown Limitation Amount without Alameda CTC’s written approval.
