The total Zone 7 water supply cost <br />(Line 1) is equal to the cost-of-service allocation to the Water Supply cost components (Table 3-14, Line <br />5). The portion of cost recovered by fixed charges (Line 2) is from Table 4-1 (Line 3). The net Zone 7 <br />variable cost (Line 3) is calculated by subtracting the zone 7 cost recovered by fixed charges (Line 2) from <br />the total Zone 7 water supply cost (Line 1). The unit cost (Line 5) is calculated by dividing the net Zone 7 <br />variable cost (Line 3) by units of service for water supply (Line 4; from Table 3-13, Line 3).
