The proposed rates for FY 2027, FY 2028, and FY 2029 were calculated by increasing the FY 2026 rates (Table 5-17 and Table 5-19) by the revenue adjustments, rounded up to the nearest cent. Table 5-21 and Table 5-22 shows the proposed bi-monthly fixed charges and variable charges, respectively.
