Exclusions <br />This insurance does not apply to: <br />a. “Property damage” arising out of operaƟons performed on behalf of the Named Insured by <br />others; <br />b. “Property damage” arising out of an “occurrence” at premises owned, rented, leased, operated, <br />occupied or used by you; <br />c. “Property damage” to property while in transit; <br />d. “Property damage” arising out of any error, omission or deficiency in the design, specifica Ɵons, <br />workmanship or materials of the personal property in the Named Insured’s care, custody or <br />control; <br />e. “Property damage” arising out of delay, loss of market, loss of use, loss of profits, or any similar <br />indirect or consequenƟal loss of any kind; <br />f. “Property damage” included within the “products-completed operaƟons hazard”; or <br />g. Damages exceeding the actual cash value of the personal property in the care, custody or <br />control of the Named Insured at the Ɵme of the “occurrence.” <br />2.
