SecƟon II – Who Is An Insured is amended to include as an addiƟonal insured any person or <br />organizaƟon who is a sponsor of a trade show where you are operaƟng a booth or displaying your <br />product, but only: <br />1. For injury or damage occurring at the trade show; and <br />2. When you and such person or organizaƟon have agreed in wriƟng in a contract or agreement <br />executed prior to the beginning of the trade show that such person or organiza Ɵon be added as <br />an addiƟonal insured on your policy. <br />Such person or organizaƟon is an addiƟonal insured only with respect to liability for “bodily injury”, <br />“property damage” or “personal and adverƟsing injury” caused, in whole or in part, by: <br />1. Your acts or omissions; or <br />2. The acts or omissions of those acƟng on your behalf; <br />while aƩending the trade show sponsored by this addiƟonal insured. <br />A person's or organizaƟon's status as an addiƟonal insured under this endorsement ends when your <br />aƩendance at the trade show ends. <br />B. With respect to the insurance afforded to these addiƟonal insureds, the following addiƟonal <br />exclusion applies: <br />This insurance does not apply to “bodily injury” or “property damage” arising out of “your work” or <br />“your product” and included in the “products-completed operaƟons hazard”. <br />C. With respect to the insurance afforded to these addiƟonal insureds, the following is added to <br />SecƟon III – Limits Of Insurance: <br />If coverage provided to the addiƟonal insured is required by a contract or agreement, the most we <br />will pay on behalf of the addiƟonal insured is the amount of insurance: <br />1. Required by the contract or agreement; or <br />2.
