Miscellaneous Duties Compensation: <br />Consultant shall perform other related activities and duties as requested by the City. Fees for <br />such services shall be paid on a time and material basis at the hourly rate as assigned for plan <br />review, counter and/or inspection services, as required. <br />Compensation Terms: <br />An hourly fee increase will be provided annually based on the latest published Engineering <br />News Record (ENR) Construction Cost Index (CCI) for the San Francisco Bay Area <br />(rounded up to nearest dollar). Consultant must provide the City an updated rate sheet <br />reflecting the new rates each year. <br />Page 50 of 226
