D. Field Light Fees <br />The City Council authorizes staff to establish fees for field lights use based on <br />the actual cost to provide use of the lights for each field. Fees will be set to limit <br />the General Fund subsidies, dependent upon the category of user group. <br />Group caftory <br />00 <br />PUSD ° <br />I' Co -Sponsored Groups <br />40/o <br />II Non -Profit Organizations 30% <br />III. Pleasanton Residents (Private Use) 20% <br />Non -Residents (Private Use) <br />IV. Businesses 0% <br />E. Facility and Picnic Rental Fees <br />Facility and picnic rental fees will be set at market rate. The discount does not <br />apply to staff and equipment costs. <br />
