Exhibit A1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Economic Development & Community Development Consulting Services <br />Additional Scope of Work – FY 2025 <br /> <br /> <br />As directed by City staff, provide the following services: <br /> <br />• Draft staff reports for the Economic Vitality Committee, Planning Commission, and City <br />Council meetings, and all required attachments as needed (resolution, markups of Zoning <br />text, and PowerPoint presentation) to support the approval of the innovation -based <br />zoning.  <br />• Attend Planning Commission and City Council meetings to support staff's presentation. <br />• Provide additional analysis, City Manager briefings, or other staff support as requested to <br />assist with the Zoning update. <br />• If requested, work with the City on website enhancements to make industrial zoning easier <br />to understand and access. <br />• If requested, provide additional staff support with retail attraction and follow -up on the <br />meetings and efforts at ICSC. <br />• If requested, other analysis, advisory, training, or staff support as may be requested by the <br />City to assist with implementation of tasks related to the City’s Economic Development <br />Plan. <br /> <br />Total Cost: $10,000.
