Pleasanton, CA 94566 Dear Mr. Bruzzone: Subject: City of Pleasanton – Potable Water Pump Station and Sewage Lift Station Emergency Generator Replacement Proposal In response to your request, Wood Rodgers, Inc. (Wood Rodgers) appreciates the opportunity to provide the City of Pleasanton (City) with this proposal to provide engineering and bid support services associated with the investigation and replacement of existing portable/permanent emergency generators. There are a total of four potable water station emergency generators and two sewer station emergency generators to be replaced as a part of this project. The sizes of the new permanent generators vary from 56 to 240 kW with each to be designed to meet Tier 4 requirements and equipped with an automatic transfer switch (ATS). Those sites/facilities that are to be a part of this project include: 1. Santos Ranch 510 2. Santos Ranch 900 3. Santor Ranch 1300 4. Longview 5. S-7 6. S-12 This scope of work will consist of coordination, meetings, information requests, information share and regular check-in on progress and direction. Our project team will design for the addition of permanent emergency generators at each of the sites and cover the bid phases of the project. We will hold video/phone conference meetings for discussing project specifics at bi-weekly intervals. Our project team will submit 65%, 95%, 100% and Bid design packages with an opinion of the probable cost of construction for City review.
