Page 6 of 6 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />Scope of Consultant’s Services <br />Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, Consultant shall provide to City <br />the services described in Attachment 1 of Exhibit A. Consultant shall provide said services at <br />that time, place and in the manner specified in Attachment 1 of Exhibit A. <br />Compensation <br />As specified in Attachment 1 of Exhibit A, fees for services provided to City pursuant to this <br />Agreement shall be calculated and billed as follows: <br />Karen Kramer’s regular hourly rate of $425 per hour for services related to conducting <br />a workplace investigation and $525 per hour for post-investigation work, including <br />responding to subpoenas and testimony; <br />Associate Attorneys’ regular hourly rate of $345-375 per hour for services related to <br />conducting a workplace investigation (dependent upon experience) and $445-475 per <br />hour for post-investigation work, including responding to subpoenas and testimony; <br />Paralegal hourly rate of $165. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 5FA274F4-2302-4412-8B02-4B054396DEE8
