The following is added to the Transfer Of Rights Of Recovery Against Others To Us condition of the <br />CONDITIONS Section: <br />We waive any right of recovery we may have against the person or organization shown in the SCHEDULE above <br />because of payments we make for injury or damage arising out of your negligence during: <br />1. Your ongoing operations; or <br />2. Your work; <br />performed under a written contract with that person or organization and included in the products-completed <br />operations hazard. Such waiver by us applies only to the extent that the insured has waived its right of recovery <br />against such person(s) or organization(s) in the written contract prior to loss. This waiver applies only to the <br />person or organization shown in the SCHEDULE above. <br />B.
