<br />CONTRACT <br /> <br />ANNUAL STREET RESURFACING & PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE <br />PROJECT NO. 25503 <br /> <br /> <br /> THIS CONTRACT is made and entered into this 17th day of June 2025 by and <br />between O’Grady Paving, Inc., ("Contractor"), whose address is 2513 Wyandotte St., <br />Mountain View, CA 94043, and telephone number is (650) 966-1926 and the CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation ("City"). <br /> <br />W I T N E S S E T H: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has awarded to the Contractor a contract for ANNUAL <br />STREET RESURFACING & PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE, PROJECT NO. <br />25503. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises set forth herein, <br />the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Work to be Performed. <br />There are two components to this project: The first component is preventative <br />maintenance work in preparation for the City’s Annual Slurry Seal Project; the <br />second component is the Annual Street Resurfacing Project work. <br /> <br />The preventive maintenance work includes approximately 30,000 square feet of <br />full-depth HMA repair (dig-out) and 12,000 pounds of crack sealing on various <br />streets in preparation for approximately 740,000 square feet of slurry-seal work <br />that the City will perform under a separate contract. The preventative maintenance <br />work shall be completed no later than August 29, 2025. <br /> <br />The Annual Street Resurfacing Project work involves resurfacing approximately <br />1,230,000 square feet of existing pavement (approximately 12,500 tons HMA) <br />and approximately 100,000 square feet of full-depth HMA pavement repair on <br />various streets with HMA overlay, HMA overlay with paving mat, HMA overlay <br />over cold-planed pavement, or HMA overlay over the cold-in-place recycle <br />pavement. <br /> <br />The project also includes the installation of asphalt leveling course in various <br />locations, wedge grinding or milling, adjusting manholes and valve boxes, etc. to <br />grade, traffic striping and pavement legends, pavement markers, traffic signal <br />loops, traffic control and any necessary coordination with other projects occurring <br />within the vicinity of the project site. <br /> <br />The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, <br />transportation and other necessary services to complete the work in accordance <br />with these Project Plans and Special Provisions. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 46F414C0-92C2-4ED1-BCED-B3B09BB2D36DDocusign Envelope ID: 632BDC93-1985-4198-B5DC-34BF83257656
