Costs <br />The proposed two-year budget quantifies elements of implementation that have a budget impact. We <br />are seeking a strong pool of diverse candidates, including those who are bilingual. <br />  <br />Data Analyst: 0.10 FTE @ $81,748 = $8,174.80 <br /> <br />Data Coordinator: 0.30 FTE @ $56,680 = $17,004.00 <br /> <br />Crisis Services Clinical Supervisor: 0.10 FTE @ $115,000 = $11,500 <br /> <br />Director of Crisis Services: 0.10 FTE @ $132,000 = $13,200 <br /> <br />Benefits: Staff benefits are budgeted at the current Bonita House rate of 24% as follows: <br />Social security/Medicare = 7.65%; Medical & Dental = 10.42%; Worker's compensation insurance = <br />1.72%; Retirement = 3.30%; Life Insurance & Long-Term Disability = 0.46%; Unemployment = 0.45%. <br /> <br />Yearly Operating Costs: $13,362 <br />The costs reflect a predominantly field-based program staff. As in our other Bonita House field-based <br />programs, staff go directly into the field from their homes.
