www.bnplanning.com
I will prepare materials for and attend a Planning Commission meeting to present and receive feedback
on the options and recommendations memorandum.
e. City Council Study Session 2
I will prepare materials for and attend a City Council meeting to present and receive feedback on the
options and recommendations memorandum. At this meeting we will receive City Council input and
direction on preferred options to address each issue.
Task 4: General Plan Amendments
a. Draft General Plan Amendments
I will prepare General Plan Amendments to establish an updated policy foundation for the future of East
Pleasanton. The Amendments will incorporate into the General Plan the preferred options to address
project issues as identified in prior tasks. These Amendments will replace existing Land Use Element
content on pages 2-11, 2-12, 2-15, 2-18 and Program 6.1. I will draft these amendments in a manner
that does not require CEQA review (e.g. the amendments will not confer new land use entitlements or in
and of themselves change allowable land uses, densities or intensities).
b. Planning Commission Hearing
I will prepare materials for and attend a Planning Commission hearing on the General Plan
Amendments.
c. City Council Hearing
I will prepare materials for and attend a City Council hearing on the General Plan Amendments.
d. Final General Plan Amendments
I will prepare final revisions to the General Plan Amendments as adopted by the City Council.
Task 5: Project Management and Engagement
a. City Coordination Meetings
I will participate in bi-weekly coordination meetings with City staff.
b. Community Engagement
I will assist with additional community engagement to receive public input on the EPPF project. This
engagement may include a community workshop, on-line materials, or other methods as needed to
achieve project objectives.

SCHEDULE
Table 1 shows an estimated schedule to complete the scope of work described above.

Docusign Envelope ID: 4DEDA366-F4D7-4644-9B54-C66722A25A42Docusign Envelope ID: DADABEB1-D7CA-492F-88AA-0D8E0B474F7D
