Box 520, 200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> <br />Re: Revised East Pleasanton Policy Framework (EPPF) Project Proposal <br /> <br /> <br />Dear Ellen, <br />Below is my revised scope, schedule, and budget for the East Pleasanton Policy Framework (EPPF) <br />project. <br /> <br />SCOPE <br />Task 1: Project Initiation and Existing Conditions Review <br />a. Background Material Review <br />I will compile and review background materials related to the EPPF project, including the 2005 General <br />Plan, the Pleasanton Municipal Code, the 2014 Draft East Pleasanton Specific Plan (EPSP) and EIR, <br />including background information, the 2019 EPSP “re-start” materials, proposed and approved East <br />Pleasanton development applications, voter-approved Urban Growth Boundary materials, relevant <br />County planning documents (East County Area Plan, Zoning Ordinance) and other relevant materials. <br />b. Existing Conditions Maps <br />I will prepare a set of existing conditions maps relevant to key project issues for the East Pleasanton <br />Area, inclusive of the area between the Pleasanton and Livermore City Limits. These maps will show <br />jurisdictional boundaries (e.g., city limits, urban growth boundary, Sphere of Influence), proposed and <br />approved development projects, existing land uses, existing and planned circulation system, property <br />ownership, open space and recreational facilities, general plan land use designations and zoning, utility <br />systems, and other relevant information. <br />Task 2: Project Issues <br />a.
