ATTACHMENT 2 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. _____ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE TO INCLUDE <br />PUBLIC ART IN-LIEU FEE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in 2025, the Pleasanton Municipal Code was amended to add Chapter <br />13.20, which established a public art contribution requirement and an in -lieu fee <br />alternative for new developments; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the existing Master Fee Schedule does not include an in-lieu fee <br />alternative to the City’s public art contribution requirement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such amendment to the Master Fee Schedule is necessary to provide <br />developers an in-lieu fee alternative as described in Pleasanton Municipal Code 13.20. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The Master Fee Schedule is amended as follows: <br /> <br />The following section is added to “II. PLANNING DIVISION” as follows: <br /> <br />F. ART CONTRIBUTION IN-LIEU FEE <br /> <br /> <br />Non-residential developments <br />equal to or more than 50,000 <br />square feet <br /> <br />0.5% of development project’s permit <br />valuation <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Residential developments with <br />more than 20 units <br />0.5% of development project’s permit <br />valuation <br /> <br />Non-residential developments <br />more than 5,000 square feet but <br />less than 50,000 square feet <br /> <br />0.45% of development project’s permit <br />valuation <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 2. City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it <br />into the book of original resolutions. <br />Page 176 of 864
