Pleasanton also adopted a <br />Human Services Needs Assessment Strategic Plan 14- <br />16 and the HSNA Updated Strategic Plan 2018-2022. <br />The 2024 Eastern Alameda County Human Services <br />Needs Assessment (EACHSNA) evaluates the <br />strengths, needs, and recommendations for the <br />human services delivery network for the Tri-Valley <br />region and individual Tri-Valley cities. <br />Page 173 of 694
