Governance Options <br />Options offer the opportunity to improve the effectiveness of public services to Castlewood in a number of ways <br />(depending on the option): <br />• Efficiencies of scale could reduce future administrative, operational, and other costs <br />• Local representation could improve accountability <br />• Financial reporting and planning could increase transparency, improve decision making and cost <br />management <br /> Actual future road, water and sewer charges will depend on the outcome of the financial and capital planning <br />efforts, operational and governance changes attributable to a given option. <br />Table 9 summarizes key aspects of governance options. <br /> <br />
