If this Bid Proposal is accepted, bidder agrees to sign the contract and to furnish the performance bond, labor and materials bond, maintenance bond, and the required evidences of insurance within ten (10) working days after receiving written notice of the award of the contract. If bidder fails to contract as provided herein or fails to provide the bonds and/or evidence of insurance, the City may at its option, determine the acceptance thereof shall be null and void, and the forfeiture of such security accompanying this Bid Proposal shall operate and the same shall be the property of the City of Pleasanton. This Bid Proposal shall be good and may not be modified, withdrawn or canceled for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the date of the City's opening of bids.
