Agreement for Legal Services 1/19 Page 3 <br /> <br />13. RESOLUTION OF FEE DISPUTES. At LPFD’s request, any fee dispute shall be resolved <br />by binding arbitration. The arbitrator shall be chosen by agreement, or in the absence of <br />agreement, from the arbitration panel of the Alameda County Superior Court. <br /> <br />14. NOTICE.
