Shawn Spano has done significant work for LPFD and fully understands the structure and complexities of the JPA. In addition, he assisted in reworking the previous Strategic Plan to make it more functional for the department. LPFD does not have the personnel to oversee a new Strategic Plan process with another vendor which would entail a significant amount of work to educate them on the JPA. Only company available to provide service and/or supplies to meet project schedule.
