City Council Minutes Page 9 of 9 July 15, 2025 <br />Mayor Balch closed the public comment. <br />The City Council did not support exploring potential placement of a future ballot <br />measure to become a charter city. <br />26.Establish an ad-hoc subcommittee of the City Council to review the City's commission <br />and committee structure and appoint two members of the City Council to serve <br />Recommendation: <br />1.Establish an ad-hoc subcommittee to review the City's commission and <br />committee structure <br />2.Appoint two members of the City Council to serve <br />3.Limit the fall commission recruitment to only those positions necessary to <br />maintain a quorum while this ad hoc review is underway <br />Mayor Balch opened public comment.
