In <br />accordance with the Site License Agreement the term commences upon the issuance of the building permit or 12 <br />months from the date of execution of this Agreement, whichever occurs first. The Building Permit was issued on <br />February 18, 2009 therefore: <br />February 18, 2009 will serve as the Commencement Date for this Agreement. <br />Landlord Notice to Proceed Issued: TBD <br />Building Permit Issued: February 18, 2009 <br />Construction Commenced: TBD <br />Please acknowledge your agreement to the Commencement Date by signing this letter in the space provided <br />below.
