So we worked <br />with the legal team to draft up an agreement, however when routed the new agreement in <br />Docusign it was flagged by Susan as they are not meeting the criteria for Professional Liability, <br />we have reached out to the vendor and they responded with this attachment with calling out <br />the notes in their COI (see attached). I have also included the agreement that is currently being <br />routed for approval. Please let us know what the correct course of action should be.
