PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />NOTICE OF CANCELLATION—CERTIFICATE HOLDERS <br />SCHEDULE <br />The following Conditions are added: <br />1.If this policy is cancelled, we will endeavor to give notice of cancellation to the party(ies) shown in the <br />Schedule for which the designated Agent has issued a Certificate of Insurance pertaining to this policy. <br />a.We will endeavor to give written notice of such cancellation in accordance with the policy provisions; <br />or <br />b.If the Certificate Holder requires a different number of days notice than the policy provisions require, <br />we will endeavor to give days written notice of such cancellation to the Certificate Holder. <br />This notice may be provided before or after the effective date of cancellation. The notice will state the <br />effective date of cancellation.
