The scope of work <br />included smoke testing 7miles of sewers to <br />help find locations where storm and other <br />sources of rain water enter the sanitary sewers. <br />The smoke testing was performed according to <br />industry standards and Murgreen QA/QC <br />methodology and protocol, and standard <br />industry practice. The project was conducted in <br />accordance with the WCB and OSHA safety <br />standards as documented in Murgreen’s safety <br />procedures manual. Our smoke testing <br />revealed minimal locations whereby rainwater is potentially entering Bayshore Sanitary <br />Sewer system. <br /> <br />1. Delivering sewer cleaning, smoke <br />testing, manhole inspection, lateral inspection, condition assessment, responding to <br />emergency sewer backup conditions and overflows, and developing and delivering <br />routine cleaning and inspection services to improve collection system performance and <br />carefully identifying areas for capital improvements are all core to the services we deliver <br />around the state of California. <br />Murgreen has developed a work plan and approach to meet the requirements of this <br />inspections and cleaning of varying diameter pipes scope. This plan and approach will <br />follow the requirements outlined in the agreement.
