He holds a Master of Science <br />in Civil Engineering from University of California Berkeley, CA specializing in Hydraulic <br />modeling utilizing Info works and Bentley modeling software. He has more than 50 years’ <br />experience with modeling sanitary sewer collection system. He was a task Manager <br />leading SFPUC Odor compliant, Excess water studies for AECOM Engineering Firm <br />Matt Murchison GIS Manager-Murgreen brings to this project, his experience with water <br />and wastewater operations, translating customer needs into business requirements and <br />software specifications as well as user support and training. He holds a Bachelor of <br />Science from University of California Santa Barbara specializing in GIS modeling <br />utilizing, ESRI GIS, Info works and Bentley modeling software. He has more than 10 <br />years’ experience with modeling sanitary sewer collection system. He was a Project <br />manager with the California Fish and Games department and will be responsible with <br />QA/QCing the GIS data points/videos created for this project. He is also NASSCO <br />LACP/PACP and MACP certified. <br /> <br />Ricardo Govea-GIS/Video Analyst would be responsible for QC/QA of all videos <br />inspected before they are delivered to the Project Manager Felix Oviawe for further <br />review before daily upload to google cloud for the Town’s access. He brings in wealth of <br />experience in editing videos with various software and holds a bachelor’s from San Jose <br />State in Geography/GIS <br /> <br />Devin Byrne-Senior GIS Developer would be responsible for developing the Cross bore <br />or inspection scope into a web based and mobile based application.
