Each firm provided a Statement of Qualifications, billing rate sheet, and interviews with all three firms were conducted by a City staff team. Good City selected based on experience and qualifications. Good City was selected based on the experience and qualifications of their key personnel, including experience on similar projects, and rates competitive with the other firms.
