We are pleased to submit this proposal for Proposition 218 assessment <br />engineering firm to provide comprehensive assessment engineering and related professional services for <br />new engineer's reports and Proposition 218 balloting for their Ponderosa-Del Prado, Windsor and Bonde <br />Ranch Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance Districts ("LLMDs"). SCI is well-equipped to serve as the <br />City's assessment engineer of work, prepare a Proposition 218-compliant Engineer's Reports, and assist <br />the City with the legal and political requirements for a Proposition 218 ballot proceeding should the City <br />choose to proceed.
