EXHIBIT A <br />3. Subscriptions,Term,and Fees <br />The number of subscribers listed below represents the committed number of subscriptions authorized to utilize the SEW Cloud <br />Service(s). Notification Subscriptions <br />The table below shall display the SEW Notification Service(s)selected to be purchased by Customer,subject to the SEW Notification <br />Services Terms and Conditions(below).
