b. In the event an investigation is not completed due to the candidate withdrawing <br />from the process, or due to the Pleasanton Police Department disqualifying the <br />candidate, AGIS will charge a minimum rate of $300.00 or if investigation goes <br />above five hours the rate will be $65.00 per hour not to exceed the fee for a <br />completed investigation. <br />c. Cost of travel, lodging and per diem, of any significant distance deemed <br />necessary for completion of background would be the responsibility of the <br />Pleasanton Police Department. Travel will not be done without prior <br />permission of the Pleasanton Police Department. <br />Insurance <br />Attached to this proposal is a copy of Ava G. Investigative Services, Inc. Certificate of <br />Liability Insurance, Private Investigator License, Business License, and Automobile <br />Insurance. <br />Ava G.
